PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

Ottebring Ceramics, Tjärhovsgatan 44, 116 28 Stockholm, corporate registration number 670316-0280, telephone number +46 70 226 7761, is responsible for purchases made on this website. If you would like to get in touch with me, send an email to info@elisabethottebring.com with your matter and your contact details and I will get back to you shortly.

All products are wheel thrown, and all steps in the production are hand made by me, so color, shape and size vary to some extent. If you order more of the same series, I will sort out the ones that fit together the best.

The price of the goods includes VAT for those ordering within the EU. Shipping and packaging costs will be added at checkout. Ottebring Ceramics is responsible for shipping to the address you provided in your order.

All products listed in the shop are available and shipped within 3-10 days, then additional delivery time will be added depending on the destination.

VAT and customs fees that apply for deliveries outside the EU are paid by the buyer. If this is not done, the goods will be returned. You as the buyer are responsible for all shipping costs and communication with customs. Post Nord Sweden and Post Nord Norway's agreement means that for purchases over 1000 NOK, the Norwegian Customs require that they must receive all the digits in your personal identification number and mobile phone number. This is because the Customs contact all deliveries that are delivered to Norway. We do not deliver to Jan Mayen (NO 8099) or Svalbard (NO 9170-9179).

You can choose several different payment options at the checkout.

When I have received your order, a confirmation will be automatically sent by email to the registered email address and when the package is packed and ready for delivery, you will receive another message. Depending on the destination, your package will be sent with Post Nord, DHL or UPS, usually to a delivery point closest to your address.

Ottebring ceramics charges shipping costs for packages not collected from agents.

RETURN

For any returns, please first contact info@elisabethottebring.com

All goods are checked several times before delivery, but if it is still defective or damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately.

Ottebring Ceramics is responsible for return shipping only in the event of a complaint about production defects.

For other returns within 14 days of purchase, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance against damage in transit.

You must notify me that you have cancelled your purchase and email your name, email address, order number and which goods the return applies to. You should return the product to me immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return. The products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original condition. From the refund amount, I reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in the event of a used or damaged product.

It is recommended that you package the goods with the same packaging and in the same way that you received the goods to minimise the risk of shipping damage. Only flawless standard products are accepted for return. When the goods have arrived in flawless condition, a refund will be made.
